"Chubs"

Just wanted to update on Uncle Scooch / Scott,   he is now home-- he came home on friday.  He will  continue with his therapy at home, he  has made incredible progress thus far . Still has alot of work and recovering ahead of him.

I went in to see him when he was in the rehab and when I went to walk in his room, even though I knew that he was in room # 323 , seeing it was just  so amazing to me.
While we were there Cassidy looked at his bed and it was set at 23% incline.

Scott also told us that before he went to rehab, he was in placed room  #23  at the hospital.
Then Scott said that someone was calling him "Chubs".
Scott didn't know this,  but we used to call Alec  "Chubs",  because he was skinny for so long  due to the chemo, but then he started gaining weight and getting rolls.  We were so excited that he was not skinny anymore and nicknamed him "Chubs".

Alec has truely given us so many signs throughout Scott's recovery that it simply amazes me! I love that he told you they called him chubs and never knew that about Al! <3

I truly believe Alec is the sole reason why Scott is doing as well as he is. There have been so many signs from Alec, since day one. Knowing that Al was watching over him brought us so much comfort during all of those difficult days.
