"Dad are you Happy, Mad , Sad...What?"

Cassidy had a small kids camcorder and one day she was filming Alec eating his peaches in a cup.  And as in typical Alec fashion, he tipped them over and the juice spilled out all over the table and onto the floor. It got his socks wet, so he started whining then he pulled each sock off and after each one he said, "WHIP" , and threw them across the floor. He kept whining because his socks got wet and because his peaches spilled. Then Cass  turned her camcorder to record Keith, and he was trying to get Alec's vitamins/supplements ready while Al was whining to him about his socks and peaches. So Cassidy says to her Dada, as if she was a reporter,
"Dad, are you happy, mad, sad,  what?"
She had recorded all of this and loved watching it, we all did, it was so funny to watch.
Then one day about a year or more ago, she picked up this same camcorder and was Soooo Happy to find that this same video was still on it. And it was the only video on it. It really was amazing that this kids camcorder first, still works and that she never erased or recorded over it.
She loves to watch it and has asked me to watch it with her, I have watched it and can barely see it through the tears, yet both Alec and Cassidy make me laugh every time I see it.

What a wonderful memory to have...to bring you both happy & sad tears. And how amazing that it's still on Cassidy's recorder! Love it! ♥

I am so glad we have camcorders, its the littlest things that make you smile or cry sometimes, but they are always so special to have. I can picture the scene in my head as I was reading this blog.... :-)good job Cassidy for being a careful reporter!!!
